DEINE ROLLE

Bereitschaft für Projekt-Unterstützung / administrative Begleitung
Unterstützung im Bereich Daten-Kontrollen (Verkaufshilfen, Händler-Bonus)
Vorbereitung von internen Einkaufsfreigaben
Anpassung, Strukturierung, Austausch mit BaaS/Counterpart zu gültigen Ist-Listen (Salesforce + Stammdaten + manuelle Excel-Sheets)
Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Dienstleister und dem Aussendienst-Team für Gebietsanpassungen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Student/in (Universität, FH), vorzugsweise BWL, mit Vorlage einer aktuellen Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint
Interesse an den Bereichen Finanzen/Auto/Leasing/Bankwesen
Team- und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

YOUR ROLE

Project support with general administrative tasks
Support in checking data (sales aids, dealer bonus)
Preparation of internal purchase release
Matching, structuring, exchange with BaaS/Counterpart to valid actual lists (Salesforce + master data + manual Excel sheets)
Interface between our service provider and the field sales team for area adjustments

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Student (university, FH), preferably in business administration, with presentation of a current certificate of enrollment.
Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in the areas of finance/car/leasing/banking
Teamwork and good communication skills
Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
