YOUR ROLE

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
 
  • Support preparation of the month-/quarter-end closings
  • Reconciliation tasks in accounting and tax
  • Accounts payable accounting (posting expenses, maintaining accounts payable master data, processing request lists)
  • Filing of documents
  • Support in interdepartmental communication for day-to-day business in German and English
  • Process travel expense reports

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Education & Experience

  • Technical/college degree with presentation of a current matriculation certificate (preferably business administration – focus: Finance & Accounting and / or Tax).
  • Experience in project-related teamwork an advantage

Skills, Personal Characteristics & Other Requirements

  • Good comprehension and interest in finance/accounting
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a timely and organised manner even under time pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially excel)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good communication skills
