YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Manager Multi-Project Management (f/m/d) for our Outsourcing, IT & Operations team.
The role focuses on the following key responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for BaaS multi-project and program management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (MaRisk, BAIT)
  • Management and coordination of strategic BaaS projects, ensuring alignment with the bank’s business and IT strategy
  • Further development and implementation of project management standards, policies, and governance processes
  • Management of the project portfolio, including prioritization, reporting, and risk management
  • Ownership of JIRA and Confluence for managing requirements, user stories, and project documentation
  • Supporting and driving the bank’s agile transformation in line with the defined target operating model
  • Managing change management processes related to procedures, policies, and service providers
  • Supporting and coordinating internal and external audits, as well as tracking and following up on audit findings
  • Monitoring regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with BAIT, outsourcing, and IT governance regulations
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with external service providers, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Supporting the BaaS team with reporting, data management, management presentations, and the preparation of relevant committees and governance forums
  • Contributing to cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Participating in crisis management processes, including the planning and execution of regular tests and exercises

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Successfully completed university degree
  • Several years of professional experience in banking, financial services, or leasing, with a strong understanding of core banking processes
  • Extensive experience in multi-project, program, and project management, particularly in the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex IT and transformation projects
  • Sound knowledge of outsourcing management, including vendor management, supplier selection, and monitoring processes
  • Experience in IT application management and IT processes, as well as knowledge of IT controlling and data protection requirements
  • Experience with agile methodologies and the use of JIRA and Confluence, and/or experience in the role of Scrum Master
  • Consulting experience and/or strong methodological and advisory skills
  • Proven track record of working successfully within international and multicultural organizations, as well as dynamic and highly regulated business environments
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong team-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and professional stakeholder management capabilities
  • High level of quality awareness, reliability, and results orientation
  • Resilience, assertiveness, and persistence in achieving objectives
  • High degree of flexibility, with the ability to prioritize effectively and perform successfully under tight deadlines and changing circumstances
